How to build a congress program
- Set the days, timetable and rooms
Decide how many days the congress lasts, when sessions start and how many rooms you will use. That is the backbone of the program.
- Place the opening, plenaries, breaks and lunch first
Those blocks take every room. If you place them first, the parallel sessions fit around them.
- Fill the parallel rooms
Place talks, workshops and panels in each room, with start and end times and the names of who is speaking.
- Check speaker and room clashes
The tool warns you if a speaker ended up in two sessions at the same time or if a room is booked twice. The warnings don't block you: you decide.
- Publish the PDF and open registration
Download the program or share it with a link. When it is ready, create the event on Pandy Tickets and charge for registration.
From the program to registration
You set a price per attendee type: member, resident, student, or whichever your congress needs.
Charge by bank transfer with a receipt, or by card (6% (minimum Q3) per ticket).
Each registrant receives their ticket with a QR code for the door.
Creating the event is free and includes 150 free people per month.
